From the past 7 months I have been complaining that I am unable to use internet in Indoor for the same reason I have logged multiple complaints in airtel but no action is taken. Everytime I call in airtel they are demanding more time, no timeline is given to me as the timeline mentioned by them is kept on extending, I guess 7 months are enough to resolve the issue. Since airtel is making false promise to answer all the questions and to resolve all the complaints that are logged into their system, I want to know the credibility of that promise. Moreover I can see in my airtel app that no complaint is registered from my number, when asked they are saying that they are not interested in listening to old complaints and you have to log a fresh complaint. Is this the way they are going to make 0 count for complaints against them.
