I am unable to get benefits of a Superhero i.e 4% commission on every recharge. Is it valid for all superheroes on all Airtel Prepaid Recharges to get 4% commission?

I am using airtel thanks app.since from five years.I am unable to get benefits of a Superhero i.e 4% commission on every recharge. Is it valid for all superheroes on all Airtel Prepaid Recharges to get 4% commission?
