I raise a complaint on 16-Apr-2019, till now my complaint is not resolved. Daily i called a customer care we will resolve your issue today told by Support team and Supervisor.
I think this is a box technical issue, this is the shame to take the long time and also when i receive a call form DishTV and i lift a call “You will be Queue in 15 (or) 20 Mins”. DishTV Imagine people not working or playing games to hold the call around 20mins. Even i receive a callback from there my issue is not resolved. Very Bad Service in my life to take the DishTV.
