I am Mukesh Jain From Delhi , i have complained for not able to genrate UPC & also shared mobile screenshot Many times after clearing the bill , even though unable to genrate UPC , they are commiting me that they will resolve the issue in 48 hrs but its been 6 month neither able to use their services because of no network signal , had complained many times for both problems . they promises please pay the bill & u will be able to genrate the UPC , we have paid the bill & again the same issues as it was , again they passes the time & again asking me to pay the bill or threaten me that your number will be permanently disconnet , i have many recording of communication with them aslo provided to all email .But still no response .Please suggest where & how i can get the solution
