Text of Complaint by Joju Eldho:

My sim damaged automatically (non physical) two weeks ago. Since then i have applied threee times for duplicate sim at various airtel stores and later applied for recreation of my sim documents everything failed even i have my id proof everything wituh me. Customer service offered bt airtel was very poor.
