Text of Complaint by Chaitali Meshram:

I am trying to disconnect my broadband connection my land line no. I am trying to connect my service provider but they are not helping me in this scenario..and i have taken new fiber connection so for that i also want to change my registered number. Speed of new fiber connection is also very slow and they are promising for 200 mbps

Even i am also trying to connect on 121 but there also i got computer response that all customer support executive are busy then they are disconnecting my call.

Please do the needful on this and revert me back as soon as possible.
