I visited Airtel Gallery at Kalina in Santacruz(East) as I am transfered from Lucknow to Mumbai & my 4G is not working properly as giving 2G only. Staff of Airetel asked me for portabilty of number & than it will improve. But she told that 4 months I had to use as Post paid by using billing & than I might change for pre piad. I dont want to use as Post paid customer. So, please solve my Intenet issue. My mobile no. is 7043453185 & email ID is [email protected]
