Text of Complaint by Modassir Ahmed Zakri:

The bike seems to be having issue as it keeps on weighing more on the right side, causing difficulty in balancing it, having aprox 200 kg weight and issue in balancing its body could be risky and life threatening. Along with this the engine produces a knocking and ticking sound. The battery warning light is continuously on since purchase. There are rust in various parts of the body, which clearly states the bike is not a new one as rust takes time to show up in any metal in even the worse situation. The registration and other formalities are still pending as I right this complaint. Also when I requested a replace tonight as there are various issues, the showroom representative simply denied that a delivered bike can’t be exchanged not even when requested for it within an hour of drive.

This some sort of scam I assume where used or trial model is sold as a brand new bike, the rust explains the age of its exposure to moisture and usage. Moreover the bike itself doesn’t drives straight, and I noticed once I dropped my wife home after taking the delivery when riding aloan.

Please I paid a huge 2.5 lakhs for this bike it shouldn’t be a rusted, engine making different noises and unbalanced body only to meet further accidents or complications. This Royal Enfield has already taken multiple units back to fix issues. Please help me to get it exchanged or refunded.
