Dear Madam/Sir,
I Kiran kumar Durga from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA. Sir last month March 24th 2021, Order.No. 403-9195 192-3088341 I purchased a Zinq 10000mah LI – Polymer Power bank costRs.649/- in Amazon.in but i received used Item at the same I inform to Amazon Customer care Person he asked so many questions and he want some that used power bank images also what he asked I will send like that he is accepting my request also, and he tell Ok no problem sir that is our Mistake only we will provide new Item he will tell like that I accepted that one. But what happen is I will call total 08 times to customer care person Reg. this power bank always that customer care persons tell OK Sir i will solve this issue all are telling like that only but today is 13th April 2021 still now Amazon is not take any action reg this.
Kindly solve this issue as early as possible.
