Hello,
This is the second instance I am receiving surprise couriers which ask for Cash on Delivery. And both the times the order is from Xpressbees courier. No comments about the integrity check of a Courier company. However, I see the same both the times, it is the same courier company and they ask for OTP to cancel the shipment. It is risky. Also, something which was never ordered arrives at the door step is subject to be investigated.
I have rejected both the orders. However, I see it suspicious of receiving the parcels that were never ordered. And, it has to be audited to stop the future reoccurrences.
