I am receiving different product and I call to them they told some directions to get my money and I will send the details and they cut my money again

Hi,
I am facing the same issue. Ordered Rs/- 1199 amount of saree but received a different one and when they finally received the call at 6290575042 and 9330647797, they gave me directions on google pay to PAY to a UPIID – mynumber@rbl which returns the name as PREETI.
He says it is a permacode of evensaree but if we continue we will be paying 9991rs to PREETI’s account and they claim that 9991 is not the amount but a permacode of their business and 1199 will get refunded.
Which makes no sense!
Did you face the same issue?
When i told that i cannot believe this mode of transfer where I am paying 9991, and that i will confirm with google and get back he said that is not possible and cut the call.
