I am a prepaid costumer of vodafone india. I got a message from VZ-ViCMS .they deducted 50rs. from my acoount on basis of activating any type of service 1st deduction was for downloading sports chat .that was 15 rs deduction which i never download this type of stuff or never heard about that.
2 nd deduction was 35rs for value pack that was also not opted by me . I call customer care for all thi deduction they didn’t answer me about and directly said this is not refundable. I said him to register a complain but he didn’t answer me and ignore this .this is very pathetic that you can’t able to complain about your own money .i am very disappointed about this
