my problem was not solved yet.i am paying to 200mbps but i am getting 90mbps average since i dont have 5g devices that was not explained your team early .i request your support to degrade my plan and this is not fair too,i have huge respect on your network so do the needfull..i need your emerge support immediately….please see above mail for details…..
change my plan to 100mbps and increase the tenure or do refund…..
