Consumer no: 7904534725, Loan account no: TN3000CD0119124, Loan taken: june/2019, Loan amount: rs35000, tenure: 15months, EMI amount: rs2368, Transaction id: 006312677335, Consumer had taken product loan from above mentioned he paid his monthly EMI amount of rs2368 on 03/03/2020 amount got deducted but the company is telling that they did not received the amount he asked about this in bank they gave statement that amount has been successfully credited to that company but they are not accepting, consumer wants to file grievance against this and he needs refund amount soon.Consumer get a response from the company but the company will be informed to contact the bank so they refused to refund the money so consumer will not satisfied with the company response
