I am not using any SBI credit card from past two years , Itwo years before old credit card got expired didnt receive any new card (before 2019 december card got expired) .but from past two moths they are sending credit card statements. I didn’t pay the amount since I don’t have any sbi credit card . every month they are revising statement with additional charges and sending statements . because of this my cibil score went down with out my fault. I am trying to contact their customer care but I am not able to reach them since I don’t have any credit card number. so I got disturbed and writing this mail to you , please take necessary action against SBI credit card department.
