DEAR SIR/MADAM ,
REF : MY TATASKY ID :1172297267.
BEING A FAN OF TATA CONCERNS I HAD OPTED FOR TATASKY FOR MY VIEWING.LATELY EVERY MONTH MY SET TOP BOX IS EXPERIENCING NO SIGNALS.I HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS AND THE TECHNICIANS HAD ASSURED THAT THE PROBLEM IS TAKEN CARE OF. SINCE LAST FIVE DAYS I AM FACING THE SAME PROBLEMS.EVERY DAY I GET A CALL THE THE TECHNICIAN WILL COME TODAY.BUT THEIR TODAY HAS NEVER COME.
TODAY ITSELF I CALLED THE COMPLAINT LINE AND ASKED FOR SOMEONE SENIOR AS I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FALSE PROMISES BEING GIVE TO ME.THE LINE WAS TRANSFERED TO SINDHUKUMAR WHO WAS TOLD TO ME THAT HE IS A SENIOR PERSON.
TO MY DISMAY HE ALSO PROMISED TO GET THE COMPLAIN SOLVED TODAY ITSELF.BUT NO RESULTS. TILL DATE NOBODY HAS COME AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE. I HAVE A SENIOR CITIZEN IN MY HOUSE AND HIS ONLY WAY TO PASS THE TIME IS WATCHING NEWS AND TV SERIALS WHICH BECAUSE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE OF THE TATA SKY HE IS GETTING BORED AS WE CANNOT TAKE HIM OUT ANYWHERE.
I HOPE THAT THIS COMPLAIN OF MINE REACHES MR RATAN TATA ABOUT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM ON THE COMPANY’S PART SO THAT HE TAKES SOME ACTION TO RESTORE MY FAITH IN THE TATA COMPANY.
