Text of Complaint by Amit Kumar mondal:

I ordered a Laptop charger , when I placed the order it’s mentioned over there that ” power cord is included ”

But when I received that product there is no power cord , I called flipkart so many times , I got the product on 18 the October, I filed the return request on the same day , they rejected the request , again I filed a request on 23/24 the October , they said that they are going to raise a request ( I have the call record ) , but they didn’t , so I raised the request on 25th October by my side , on 3 Rd Nov when I checked flipkart app about the return status , it’s mentioned that return reject , there is no reason mentioned , then I again called flipkart , but they are not providing me any resolution , and again they ask me to wait till 7th Nov , and return team will get back to u . Now I got the communication from flipkart pay later that you have to pay for this charger , when I am not receiving the product , why should I pay , please sir do something about this bcoz I don’t want any kind of legal action from flipkart , bcoz there is no my fault , that’s is why I want to file a complaint about them , before they do .

Please help me abt this .
