I am not in receipt of my order no.047770 dt.29-4-2023 about my purchase of Butterfly STM Table Tennis Case for which paid Rs.2600/- by paytm on 29-4-2023.I even dropped a mail requesting for sending my order as I am in need of it, to their sales ID sales@detec.in and also on their whatsp .Then called on the phone numbers they provided but no response and one response the man on call said that his number was given by detec services and he is not concerned with them.One month over but I am still not in receipt of it.Please.
