Dear Sir/Madam,
The bed was delivered at my place on 29th August 2022 and on 10th October 2022 I found that one portion of the bed was dislocated from 3 joints and currently I am unable to use that from the last few days. Now I am willing to repair or replace the damaged part on an immediate basis because I am unable to use the bed and moreover within 1 month the bed was damaged after purchasing. My earnest request to you please arrange to replace or repair the damage portion by tomorrow. As per your request images and video are attached along with an invoice copy in this mail. Please check and take necessary action as soon as possible.
