I called a person called Siva Prasad (7671851567) and asked about the assurity of connection at my place. He gave me assurance and I registered and paid the money but after one day the technician called and told me that at my place the connectivity can’t be done.

After that I requested Mr Siva to cancel and refund my money. He told me that my money will be refunded in 5days i.e. 15th Feb, 2021.

But I did not get my money back and adding to it he is not responding my calls I have called 30times till now and when I tried calling from a different number he received immediately and said that I will get the money by 6 PM but not I didn’t get any.

I called customer care as well, as I said my account number they disconnected and after that my call is not getting connected to customer care at all.
