Sir I am vediocon d 2 h customer. and information about my connection is as follows
1) connection is in the name ; — Girish Dighe
2) My customer I D is :– 211937269
3) My last recharge date : — 15 th June 2023
4) City from where I am :– INDORE MADHYA PRADESH
While renewing my monthly subscription I had given clear instructions that I want all 130 ( one hundred and thirty) free
channels plus all the MARATHI CHANNELS , all the sports channels and Chanel no 953 ( ZEE ZEST) , chanel no 971(FOX
LIFE) all HINDI AN ENGLISH NEWS CHANNELS but this request was not taken into consideration and they recharged the
some different channels . HENCE on 16th JUNE I sent message on your No 56677 giving them list of channels I want to ADD
and DROP but there was no positive response for them. so I contacted your help line no as well as your DIA . from there I
did not get positive response.
For your ready reference I give here the list of channels I want ADD & channels I WANT DROP. It is as follows.
CHANNELS I WANT TO ADD ;– 621, 623, 625,627,629 649,651,653.655,657,659,661,665,667.891,895913,965,971,973,
985 1455,1523
CHANNELS I WANT TO DROP –101,102,104,114,124,143,151,130.
HOPE YOU WILL LOOK INTO IT AND GIVE ME POSITIVE RESULT WITHOUT LOSS OF TIME . I ASSURE YOU HERE
THAT BESD ON MY CHOICE OF CHANNELS IF ANY ADDITIONAL SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO PAY LET ME
