Hi Team,
I am in International roaming in USA and for about more than a month my Airtel sim has stopped showing network signal at the top right corner of my phone and its showing cross signal there. I talked to airtel customer care and emailed on ‘nodalofficer.mah@in.airtel.com’ as I am from Pune circle but not getting any resolution. I emailed them on 28th September and they said they will resolve issue within 48 hours and after that its around 25 days they only respond with their copy paste message every time when I do follow-up with them.
I am not able to do any of my Bank transaction because I used to receive OTP for that also not able to talk to anyone due to this issue. I am left helpless and not sure what to do.
Atlast I tried to knock your door and see if I can get any help. I have this worst experience with Airtel. The most devastating part is they are not helping. Writing to you for your sincere help if you can do. Thank you!
