Text of Complaint by Tejasri Swaroop Boppana:

I recently switched from Airtel postpaid to prepaid. In order to do this , the customer service centre executive asked me to pay the bill and she told me the amount to be paid. I did the payment online and it was successful, however I forgot to download the payment confirmation receipt from the mobile app. Later, after the SIM was changed to prepaid , I was not able to download the payment receipt for postpaid bill and hence I reached out to the service centre if they would be able to help provide the same. They were giving false hopes and beating around the bush and till today , it has been more than 10 days they are not picking my call and avoiding.
