I am not able to send message from my airtel no. 9255286124 for which i had already complained (screenshot attached) on 1st august 2020 (Service request no. CLSMS30801608611) at various airtel platforms like 121, 198, airtel thanks app , airtel nodal officer including TRAI airtel officer but no one is replying to me. Now neither they get back to me on my request nor are they registering any further complaint stating that your previous request is already in process. When i visited airtel app to know the status of my request, it shows as if no request is ever made or registered. Its totally an irresponsible act from airtel as they are only irritating me. I already have an unlimited pack of Rs. 19 along with which i also have a positive balance of rs. 7.47 in my account (screenshot attached). Please take necessary action.
