I am not able to make calls already I have a data pack of Rs 298 and extra Rs101 ack of Rs 298 and balance of Rs 101. I am a teacher and have to conduct lectures online due to corona virus …but I am observing from few months ur service is deteriorating and u people are not concerned about the costumers….u should be more helpful and approcialable during this situation…whenever I try to make call I get voice recorded message u account is not recharge..kindly see to this complaint soon and revert back ..I have attached ur messages when I have recharged 2 days back.
