i lost my mobile phone two days back and running almost three customer care they are getting some pop up saying sim request already generated and asking me to talk to customer care and they saying nothing wrong from there end and there seniors are lifetime busy i think never recieving any call ,i need duplicate sim for my jio number please assist me ,even after droppoing mail no one is replying
