Dear Sir/Mam,
I have done airtel prepaid recharge ₹598-/ in my mobile-7838112783 by today morning but I am not able to do outgoing call. I have received message from Airtel- Bill payment of Rs 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 7838112783. Txn ID: 2005222795769. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within mazimum 4-hours. Please keep this Txn ID for future reference. but after 4 hours also I am not able to do any outgoing call. I have done one more recharge ₹598-/ but still not able to do any call. Txn ID: 2005222793125. Requiest you pls do the needful and get this issue resolved as soon as posible. My work is stuck due to that. pls refund my payment for my 2nd recharge.
