I have made many complaints but no solution has been given. I have spoken to customer service executive more than 10 times, they always tell that your issue will be resolved in 24 hours but till now i am facing the same issue. Before 2 days i got a coll from Airtel executive that your connection will be restored today but it has been 2 days from then nothing had been done. Airtel Engineer’s came here before 5 days and the restored some of the connection and after that they told me it is very late now, we will come back tomorrow and restore your connection, but they didn’t. It has been 5 days from then. Now i don’t understand where should I file my complaint, and who will restore my connection. It’s the worst customer service ever experienced by Airtel. N i had recently recharged my broadband, i want Airtel to refund my recharged amount.
