I am idea customer suddenly company has changed its policy without any notification and has curtailed lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical, I purchased an idea sim when they were offering lifetime validity I PAID extra for lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Idea should be published for this cheating and our lifetime validity must be restored. customer care service is very poor and third class talk like roadside shop
