- I live in odisha…..I am here to talk about an Phoenix DotNet…. On 14th november 2020,a person called from +917874649619 number and then make us sign a digital contract and told us that we have to complete 430 forms in 4 days with 90℅ accuracy. Then on 17th november while doing the work suddenly it got logout and it showed”YOUR ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED” then a call came from phoenix dotnet company that we have made a mistake so now we have to pay INR 7999 in order to reactivate my account or else they will take a legal action towards us. So on this fear I immediately paid the amount and then a mail came that the amount will be refunded after finishing of the work…Then in the afternoon of 18th november a call from +919825109197 number came and addressed himself as Akash Mohapatra, an advocate and told us to process a NOC of INR 22594 or else we have to pay an amount of INR 37980 and to be present in the Rajkot court and if not they threatened us that they might file a warrant and take us to jail…..So I want everyone to support us and take an action against them.

Maine pura work vi complete kiya or uske baad bola ki apka 90% accuracy nahi hai usko thik karne k liye software kinna parega Rs.15530/- ka uske baad aadhe ghante me aapka salary or apka software amount refund kar diya jayega.. Maine yah payment kar diya….. Karne baad bol raha hai ki apka working civil score kam hai salary pane k liye civil score thik karna parega uske liye paise dena hoga maine nahi diya. Fir unhone

Consumer court se request hai inka kuchh kiya jaye….
Arey same to same mere saath meri bhi same company webcreta thi gujarat se bolre the or bilkul yahi sab bhyi ek toh 480 form bhi diye inko upar se accuracy ka drama or mera advocate tha krishan aggarwal ka phone aaya the meri sis ne call karke sunaya toh gandi gandi galiyan dene lag gya or act toh aise karre the jaise genuine company hai

Mai toh dar hi gyi thi pehle phir meri sis ne sunaya tb asliyat pata chli inki yaar kal Dec 29 ki hi toh baat hai mene toh ek bhi paisa nhi diya inko chalo milkar sab complaint karte hai inke baare mai or patani kitno ko lutege yeh or patani kitne logo ki majboori ka faayeda utha rahe hoge mai toh family ke saath thi isliye kuch pay nhi kara meri sis ne hi suna diya baaki jo baahar rehte hoge woh toh mentally harrassment ka shikar hore hoge

Uske liye bhi Rs. 22880/- liya. Fir unhone NOC ka filing ke liye bola ki Rs. 33560/- le liya.FIR ka notice akdam same veja hai Adv. Akash Mohapatra ne. Unhone choice diya ki ya toh dahod aao nahi toh pay karo. As it was physically not possible for me to go there I did the online payment. Now when we said that we will come to dahod and to put that NOC wala case on hold, he threatened me to put me behind the bars.
Consumer court se request hai please handle these people. They are terrorizing our daily lives.
