Text of Complaint by Nafees Ahamed:

I have taken a washing machine of reliance reconnect on 12th of March 2020 and it have an issue of  spinning so i register a complaint since 3 months back because of lockdown they were not able to service me i  understood that but after all lockdown which had opened now and they told me to come to their workshop with the machine according to them my area is under contaminated zone which is not but still i adjust to go there and still they were not responding my calls because they were on leave still they managed to send me the workshops address and not answer my calls  behaviour of service is not good over here and does not have the value of their words they just try to escape from costumer problems my machine has been collected by them over their workshop and they aren’t doing their job well
