Greetings of the Day..!!!!
I Ordered a mistakenly a product at 10:15 AM today, and after one or two minute. I dropped an email to your team and chatted with your support and called multiple times. to your support and I received a call from your side at 02:41 PM today. from Ashish. and he told me that there is some technical issue that comes in the cancellation button so he will cancel the order after the technica issue is resolved and at that time I hadn’t received any kind of activation code. He assured me that I didn’t take any tension from my side. He will take care of the issue at hand and he is going to cancel that product.
but as I see now the product is successfully delivered to me and the activation code is already generated at 02:58 PM Today. So,that is not right I need to have a proper solution for this issue
Issue:-
1. I want to tell you to take strict action on Mr. Ashish. That he guided me wrong.
2. Mobile application chat is not working After pressing the Request a call button. like for an hour.
3. Your call has been cut at only one ringing. So guide me what to do. Either I have to take my phone at my hand to answer your at one ring or there is some other you can doo
4. I want to cancel that order, or refund my money asap…… My order ID number is OD225367898343703000
