Internet services are getting worsen and worsen from the day of set up of airtel internet modem.
I could not attend my online classes because of the poor connection. The video suddenly pause, the voice become mechanical and the application always show poor connection.
Even I complain this to the Engineer who set up my internet modem but from his side there is no response.
I had to call my teachers and other people 5 to 6 times between the 1hr interval because from there side video is good but from my side the video is so blurry that I could not attend the class properly .
One of my teacher suggest me to take airtel service.
But his network is good but mine is not why?
Secondly, from the first day of setup I call my friend it was a video call and the video was so blurry ,the application showed me poor connection till now it was not cure.
Now that Engineer do not take my calls..
And that teacher was also not helping.
I am feeling betrayed…
