I am a subscriber of Phone-pay. My name is Prosenjit Roy and my Phone pay account no is 9088094920. This Txn. ID no is: N1904231639413678146447 and quarry Reference No- 53052122
In 23rd April, 2019 I have paid my bsnl broad-band bill. when I click my transaction history and check my status of bill payment. I am sorry to say that I can try many times for download invoice but I can’t receive invoice. Even I can’t get any BBPS Reference no. Why Sir?
Few days ago I am calling customer care and I share about my problem Mss.Shikha who’s designation is escalation. He replied me sorry I can’t do anything for your complaint and Today an sms has been sent to my mobile from B.S.N.L that Your land-line bill is due by 26-April-19. What are you doing sir?I am fully satisfied that that Phonepe is is a fraud company.
From 23 April to till now I can’t any invoice copy regarding bill payment. As per npci rule that Your’s responsibility to provide a invoice copy regarding B.S.N.L Bill payment to my registered email.
Please do follow-up this matter. If you don’t solve my problem then I will sent my complaint to head-office of NPCI.
