I am facing two main problems with my redmi mobile phone like camera and speaker not working. Just because i updated my phone to MIUI GLOBAL 14.0.1 . I have contacted the customer service but they are just saying that your phone is out of warranty but i just can’t understand that why is warranty required when this problem started from their end. Ok i understand if my phones display or the camera gets broken because of me or an human error then they could say about the warranty. But ths problem has started because i updated my phones software
