I am a user of Tata Sky with a subscription ID 1300175930. I am consistently facing the signal related issues with Tata Sky. when I file a complaint, their technician come and resolve however after 20 minutes I again face the same problem. when I start complaining Tata Sky, they start demanding money from me for certain relocation of antenna as well as for the visit of the technician, when i reasoned with them that its their fault as they are the one who understands the technical glitches and location part, then, why should i pay for the services and more importantly for their fault. They are adamant and lacking services which is a right of a customer for the payment he is making monthly.
please take stringent action against them so that they shall stop harassing the customers and should end demanding the arbitrary amount.
