The main complain is about the speed of internet provided by airtel. I have been facing problem from about 3-4 months but from last 2 months the internet speed is like 2g speed, call drop also accuring continuously. I have been paying 700-1000 per month for the pack while other brands like jio and vodafone are charging less but their services are better than airtel. I think this is fraud with me as i have been paying for the 4g services not the 2g and their is no permanent solution to the problem i am facing
