On 19th Jan 2021 I have requested a callback through my airtel app, and asked if there is any plan which is good for me as I am already using Airtel sim 9676543162 from past DECADE, and also another 2nd CIM. My intention is I need broad band, landline, and 3rd CIM along with AIRTELXSTREAM box. But the executive who called me has not informed about one-airtel plan even me after asking several times about plan which suits me as I am already having 2-airtel cims. She simply told me that there are no plans, and I should got for airtel xstream box which costs 2499 and other changes for extra cable wire and only 8 meters is free is what she informed me and beyond 8 meters I must pay. I have paid rs 300 for my extra cable.
Now, which I throughly looked at airtel app, there is a plan call ‘one airtel’ which provides landline, broadband, 3-sims etc. I expressed my grevience on your call back feature, and yesterday i.e. on 21st Jan 2021 I received a call saying that I will be converted to ‘one airtel’ from my existing plan which i took 2-days ago. Yesterday i.e. on 21st i received a call from airtel executive asking if its a new connection. I told, its not new connection, and I have taken only new connection few days back and my existing plan needs to be converted to one-airtel. The executive suddenly dropped the call and they never contacted me again.
So, I request you to please change my plan to ‘one-airtel’ with all the benefits.
