Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Debasish Karmakar and my wife Anandita Shil, resident at B37/3, Sukanta pally, Keorapukur Bazaar, haridevpur, MG Road, Kolkata-82. I am writing this email to complain about the unethical and illegal behavior of Trusted Money , the online lending apps from which I started taking a loan 5 months ago, and I am repaying my loan within the regular interval.
Despite my best efforts to repay the loan on time, I have paid them till 22nd June’23 and have recently fallen behind on payments due to financial difficulties, which is lying outstanding of Rs. 128000/-. Instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, Trusted Money has resorted to blackmail and threats.
We are receiving calls and photos from the below mentioned numbers:

They have sent me and my family members nude photographs of us and are threatening to post these online if I do not repay the loan immediately. They have also been using abusive language towards me and my family during phone calls.
This type of behavior from a financial institution is unacceptable and illegal. Threatening to distribute private or compromising photographs without consent is a criminal offense.
I request that Trusted Money immediately cease this harassment and work with me in good faith to resolve my outstanding loan balance in a professional manner.
If Trusted Money continues to engage in these unethical practices, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action and inform relevant authorities or else commit suicide to avoid this type of circumstances.
My earnest request to you kindly take the necessary action or step to stop this harassment.
If needed we can submit you the call records and other visual proofs, which we have received from the above mentioned numbers.
I await your urgent response and action regarding this serious issue.

If needed, we can send you or submit you all the forged photographs and call recordings.
