I was travelling to Malaysia for work so I activated international roaming pack of Rs 2999 plus gst for 7 days and after returning, I realised i was charged for calls to India which is unlimited if you have international roaming pack active. The charges amounted to around 7.5k and my services has been debarred since the last 20 days. I have called vodafone 15/20 times and the only thing they say is we apologise for the problem and it will be solved soon.
