I miss suchitra rani Tripathy is a loyal customer of Amazon .
a few days back I ordered 2 Bombay dyeing bedsheets from your site dated 22/11/2020 cost rs.640 whose order no is 171-7735262-2332318.
I was tracking my order toto.
Suddenly I received a mail that my order was returned and a refund will be initiated from your end which disturb me a lot as I required that bedsheet. It’s completely unexpected as I neither got any call from your executive nor any information about it . Then i called up your customer care service no 1800 3000 9009 at 12.34 A.M on 26/11/2020.
To my surprise your customer care executive who is a male neither solved my problem nor helped me out by giving any other suitable solution and abused me by calling me ” Haramjadi” which is not acceptable .
I am attaching the call record as evidence of the incident .
Now i want an apology letter from your site and a compensation of rs. 5000 and 2 bombay dyeing bedsheet double bed from your company otherwise i will register a FIR against your company .
I am not doing it now and giving you a chance because I know because of your staff why I should hamper your company reputation .
I tried to solve it with the customer care executive of Amazon India but their email ids are showing wrong . However I sent mail along with the recording to Amazon customer care .
