On 26 June 2022, the bill of my Paytm postpaid account was Rs 3703.92.On June 26, 2022, I get a call from Paytm postpaid and they say if I make payment of 3113.92rs same day, I will be given a waiver of 590rs.I paid 3113.92rs on 26 June 2022. But still I could not get the same day waiver of 590s.Paytm postpaid gave me 590s waiver on 8th July 2022 after getting a late fee. In this way, by applying wrong charges on my account, now my bill has been increased to Rs 4232.98 from Paytm Postpaid. Regarding this many times I tried to talk to Paytm Postpaid but no response was received from their side. Now from their side I am repeatedly called and dispatched and their recovery agents talk to me wrongly on calls.
