I was using a broadband service of Airtel but for some reason I had to shift from my apartment, I called Airtel operator from whom I purchased my connection and asked him to shift my connection, instead he requested me to buy new connection and said don’t shift just buy a new connection it will cost same and he said he will disconnect my earlier connection
After I purchased a new connection for my new place I asked him twice about disconnection of my previous connection he said, “Sir you don’t take tention I will make sure of the disconnection” then after some months calls are coming from Airtel that your bill of rs 1225 is pending you have to pay it I described them my what happened, then legal team from Airtel is calling saying pay money or we will send you legal notice.
