This is sheer cheating by Rapido, i am being charged higher than estimated fare..today I had booked Rapido ride from Andheri to Kandivali , the estimated fare showing was Rs.288/- i was not able to book at this fare so i added extra Rs.30..then i got my ride booked .while getting off the driver asked me to pay Rs.412/- and when I had shown my concerns , he asked me to complaint to Rapido as he said this is charged by company..there was no waiting period also as i immediately came down when auto came..this is cheating to customers..pls put some strong actions against Rapido
