I am alredy mailed smartcoin customer care waiver request 100% penalties charges they not receive phone and email not answer my email. Last 2 days I will all close loan request but didn’t waiver penalties charge and latefees charge. Many time call harassment. And disturbing iam asking you cibil impact I don’t no they tolded.
