Iam Bijaya Kumar satapathy and customer of Airtel for my mobileXXXXX 1326. Since last 3 months I am facing internet problems on my mobile. I have sent hundreds of email and phone call to Airtel. The customer care dept says the area of mine is under up gradation and it will take 2 months more to resume normal services.
At prsent I cannot down load any firl. The situation is detorirating day by day. The matter was referred to Nodal officer who has not taken any action
I ahve told Airtel that till such time your services resume I shall pay 50% of fees, They have not responded
