Text of Complaint by Liju Mathew:

This is to inform you that I took a loan from your company or application on 22nd of March and you gave me the time of 7 days to do the payment as I was late to do the payment by one day I paid the total amount of Rs2668 on March 29 2022 at 2:12 Pm before that also I tried to make the payment 3-4 times through the app as it was not going through to the UPI I’d mentioned in the app I talked to the agent and he provided a different UPI I’d to make the payment and the payment was made successfully and after that I gave the screenshot of the payment to the agent and he saied ok I will get that updated in the system as soon as possible but it still not updated and the penalty is being put on the amount and the agent are to ready to listen to me they are still saying the payment is pending today one of the angent sent me a screenshot that the payment was not received and he told me that you made the payment for a different loan but I made the payment on your payment gateway . I am attaching the screenshot of the payment payment made through the phone pay app. And the screenshot of the declined transaction as well please go through it and do the need .. If now also you send me msg or call me regarding the pending payment or you try to call any of my contact literally I will be going to the police station and filing a case against you for harassment and identity theft is done by you and I will also be submitting the screenshot of the threatening message that you send me when I asked for the extension.
