I already paid my loan what i get from mPokket app i paid my loan in January 2021 and that time they harassed me and down my cibil score and send me leagle notice and I mailed them my bank statements and all things to show i paid but they’re not listen me that time and in few days ago they refund my amount but still they show my loan is pending and now there is showing overdue but I already paid my loan that time so please help me on this
