We have applied for airtel broadband service and we also made the payment to them, but due to feasilbility issues they were not able to provide us the service. Then we asked for our refund and it has been more than 4-5 months, and we have not received any refund from them. I called them more than 100 times, I have also mailed them multiple times but they are not doing anything.
