Dear Customer, Thank you for Banking with us, Case – 267771528 created for BHIM SBI PAY(UPI) – UPI PAYMENT/TRANSFER – ACCOUNT DEBITED BUT NEITHER BENEFICIARY’S CREDITED NOR AMOUNT REFUNDED (P2P) is under investigation and will be resolved soon. -SBI Customer Care
